S.T.E.P. Forward 12-week workforce development program flyer for young people ages 16 to 24. The program, presented by Safe Places Coaching & Development in partnership with Victory M.B. Church, focuses on workforce and career readiness, employment preparation, professional and life skills, hands-on learning, individualized support, and an opportunity to earn a program stipend. The program runs September 8 through November 24, 2026, with 20 spots available. Priority enrollment is given to individuals with disabilities, Options High School students, English language learners, youth experiencing homelessness, youth in foster care, justice-involved youth, and opportunity youth who are out of school and work. A QR code is provided for registration.

S.T.E.P. Forward is a 12-week workforce development program for young people ages 16–24. The program will run from Tuesday, September 8 through Tuesday, November 24, 2026.

Please apply. Only 20 participants will be selected. You can't get in if you don't apply. S.T.E.P. Forward  are looking to give those who think they can't get an opportunity a step forward.
