LOW-INCOME ENERGU ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The community and Economic development association (CEDA) of Cook County, INC. provides energy assistance to eligible residents that qualify for Low-income home energy assistance program(LIHEAP), percentage of income payment plan (PPP) furnace assistance and people gas share the warmth.
