District Council 008 is pleased to partner with the Cook County Sheriff's Office to host a program to help those in need to replace their taillights, head lights, or license plate light in efforts to help with repairs as well to help address a public safety issue that often leads to traffic stops. Please see attached flyers in both English and Spanish. Residents must register to take part. In addition, Recycling Services, E-Recycling and Prescription dropoff will be taking place as well.
This is a great service offered by the CCSO to the residents of the 008th District as well as an opportunity to help residents avoid getting pulled over.
